Château Taffard de Blaignan is located 70km north of Bordeaux, 6km east of the Town Hall of Lesparre between Lesparre and the Gironde (see make). The château makes a Cru Bourgeois AOC Médoc red wine.

We welcome visitors throughout the year (with the exception of the Christmas holidays) on weekdays from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm, as well as on Saturdays by appointment.

Annual production is approximately 130,000 bottles between our premium brand « Château Taffard de Blaignan » and our second wine « Château Taffard ».

- Bienvenue à la Ferme (Brand belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture) for the quality of our products.

- France Passion : a guide for campers and caravanists which outlines parking and other facilities available to them. Caravanists are welcome to park overnight at the Château.

-Les Vignerons Indépendants which sets out quality regulations to which all winemakers must adhere.

- Pays Médoc.

- Dussert-Gerber guide whose author has been mentioning our wines for at least 15 years. The magazine « Millésimes » is also published by the same company and gives further details of the best châteaux in given areas of the country.
